NYC Is Scooping Big for National Ice Cream Day 2025 — Here’s Where to Get Free Treats

It’s officially the coolest day of the summer — National Ice Cream Day 2025 is on Sunday, July 20!

Whether you’re craving a classic vanilla cone, a fancy fudge swirl or something dairy-free and bold, there’s no better excuse to treat yourself than today.

While July is celebrated as National Ice Cream Month, this Sunday brings the biggest scoop of them all — with ice cream shops and grocery brands offering free treats, big discounts, and surprise giveaways.
